A successful restaurant needs not only talented chefs and attentive service staff. It also needs people who perform great things in the background and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is exactly the important task taken on by our office team. For our restaurant Collina, we are therefore looking for an engaged office worker (dishwashing) in a casual employment relationship (approx. 50 %) per immediately or by arrangement, who would like to joyfully become part of an appreciative and well-coordinated team.

Your versatile tasks

• You ensure the professional cleaning, care, and orderly storage of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cooking pots.
• You operate the dishwashers correctly and ensure smooth operation through their cleaning and care.
• You take over the regular cleaning of the kitchens, cold rooms, the supplier entrance, as well as other assigned areas.
• You carry out daily and weekly cleaning work carefully according to the specified checklists.
• You separate and dispose of waste professionally and thereby actively contribute to our environmental and hygiene standards.

And you…

• ideally have professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in high-end gastronomy.
• place great value on cleanliness, hygiene, and order and work accordingly carefully.
• communicate confidently in German orally.
• are a motivated, reliable personality and appreciate working in a team.
• work cleanly, independently, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
