As a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH you take on-

• the professionally competent and individual nursing and care of our customers in their homes
• the independent implementation and monitoring of treatment nursing measures
• the professional and need-oriented design of your nursing assignments
• the cooperation with relatives, doctors as well as other specialist agencies
• careful and complete nursing documentation
• responsibility for high nursing quality and professional customer care

As a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ you take on...

• the professional nursing and care of our customers in their homes.
• the implementation of delegated treatment nursing measures.
• the support in everyday organization and promotion of the independence of our customers.
• the careful documentation of your assignments.
• the close cooperation with dipl. Pflegefachpersonen and the interprofessional team.
• responsibility for warm, individual and high-quality care.

What you bring with you ##

As a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, FH, AKP or DN II.
• Joy in independent work and in outpatient nursing.
• Sense of responsibility, professional competence and a reliable way of working.
• Flexibility and readiness to take on assignments depending on need.
• Driver's license Kat. B and your own vehicle.
• Readiness to be mobile in the canton of Zug.

As a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ:

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ.
• Joy in working with people and in a varied activity.
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working.
• Flexibility and readiness to support our team during shortages and absences.
• Driver's license Kat. B and your own vehicle.
• Readiness to be mobile in the canton of Zug.
