At DIXI Polytool, a recognized specialist in the production of high-precision cutting tools in many fields (watchmaking, medical, turning, automotive), we are opening a position for a Methods Agent and stock management support (M/F/X). METHODS AGENT / STOCK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (M/F/X)

Main mission

At our new production site in Gampelen (BE), you will report to the Methods Manager and will be responsible for organizing and optimizing manufacturing sequences. In an intermediary position, you will ensure coordination between the methods office and the production workshops. These missions represent 70% of your activity.

In addition, you will intervene in support of stock management, ensuring the packaging of our tools, monitoring levels, updating data, and ensuring proper supply according to needs and storage capacities. This support represents 30% of your activity.

Your main tasks

• Calculation of offers for special tools by integrating technical and economic constraints
• Elaborate, monitor and optimize manufacturing sequences
• Define tool families and design geometries adapted to client needs
• Elaborate manufacturing sequences, structure bills of materials and coordinate production launches (close and regular contact with Production)
• Create, reliable, update basic technical data on Proconcept
• Conduct calls for tenders and consult specialized suppliers
• Manage receiving and storage operations
• Package and pack items
• Prepare orders (delivery notes, various orders) and ship items
• Monitor stock and manage inventories to guarantee optimal supply

Your profile

• Basic training in mechanics (CFC) in the industrial field, any additional training such as ES Technician (operations or processes) is a serious plus
• Previous experience in stock management is an asset
• Experience in a methods office or industrialization, a plus
• Any activity in the manufacture of cutting tools, a plus
• Good skill in reading plans
• Very good mastery of usual IT tools and ERPs (Proconcept, a serious asset)
• Analytical, synthesis and organizational spirit
• Good communication skills and team spirit
