Site Manager Rheinfelden (m/f/d)

Rheinfelden is our origin. Since 1989, demanding projects involving high-tech buildings and infrastructures have been created here. Today, around 35 employees work here, supported by two department heads and three team leaders.

For the next development phase, we are looking for a leadership personality who will lead our successful site into the future together with the existing management team and further expand our competencies and teams. With the planned new building and the opportunities in the Northwest Switzerland region, we are facing an exciting time.

Who we are

Willers is a Swiss family business and engineering partner for high-tech buildings and infrastructures – with around 120 employees at five locations in Switzerland, Germany, and Poland. We stand for excellent building technology – from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical to building automation and Digital Building – as well as the overall management of demanding construction projects with a high technical component.

Our focuses are in the areas of Life Sciences, Data Center, Healthcare, Workspace, and energy centers.

Your role

You assume overall responsibility for the Rheinfelden site and continuously develop it together with your management team.

In doing so, you are specifically responsible for:

People: You lead and develop the existing management team, specifically expand competencies and teams, and create an environment in which employees can take responsibility, learn from each other, and develop their potential.

Market: You maintain existing customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen our market position in the region.

Projects: Together with the responsible managers, you ensure the successful implementation of demanding projects.

Result: You bear the entrepreneurial responsibility for the economic development of the site.

Collaboration: You promote exchange with our other locations and utilize synergies within Willers.

As a member of our Leadership Team, you work closely with the CEO and the executive management and actively help shape the further development of Willers.

What you bring with you

You are an experienced leadership personality and combine technical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and joy in the development of people.

Ideally, you bring:

• A successfully completed engineering degree (FH or university) as well as further training in leadership or management
• Several years of experience in leading employees and teams
• Experience in the successful implementation of demanding construction projects and a good understanding of complex building technology projects
• Joy in customer contact, business development, and entrepreneurial responsibility
• A clear, binding, and appreciative leadership style
• The ability to win people over for common goals, provide orientation, and at the same time promote individual responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; good English skills or the willingness to expand them
