Your main tasks

Sale of real estate in the canton of Grisons

Carrying out market and location analyses

Advice and support of clients throughout the process

Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our corporate marketing

Assistance in carrying out real estate valuations, support for acquisition

Responsible for the implementation of marketing measures defined within the allocated budget

Organization and conduct of viewings

Drafting of purchase contracts

Recording of all activities in the CRM

Your profile

Ideally experience in the real estate sector with a demanding clientele

Specialized knowledge in real estate, commercial training ideally completed by continuing education in the real estate sector

Empathic and communicative personality with a winning and confident attitude

Contact with people and the development of the existing relationship network give you great pleasure

You are proactive, autonomous, trustworthy and work with great commitment and passion

You perfectly master German and have good knowledge of English

Ready to work with internal IT tools (MS-Office, Salesforce, etc.)

Category B driving license
