Your profile

• Diploma as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognition
• Experience in psychiatry
• Initial leadership experience or the desire to take the next career step
• Humor, empathy, and a healthy dose of pragmatism
• The ability to simultaneously manage people, processes, and sometimes even spontaneous surprises
