For our client, an established institution in the acute care sector in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and leadership-oriented personality as Dipl. Pflegefachperson as Deputy Department Head 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Requirement Profile ##

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding recognized training.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the acute care sector.
• You are interested in leadership tasks and want to develop further in this area.
• Previously completed leadership training is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. You bring the willingness for corresponding further training.
• You convince through a structured way of working, communication strength, and a sense of responsibility.
• You maintain an overview and can make decisions even in demanding situations.
• You value interdisciplinary cooperation and contribute actively to the team.
• Willingness to work in shifts is required.

Tasks ##

• You support the department head with personnel and organizational tasks and take on corresponding deputy tasks in their absence.
• You coordinate the daily business and contribute to a structured and smooth process in the department.
• You care for and nurse patients even in more complex situations and work closely with various professional groups.
• You participate in personnel scheduling as well as in organizational issues.
• You accompany new employees during their induction and support positive team development.
• You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the department as well as to internal projects.
• You promote constructive cooperation in the team and support apprentices and students in everyday professional life.
