Real Estate Business Developer (M/F) part-time (30–50 %)

As part of the development of our real estate and architectural model business, we are looking for a real estate business developer (M/F) at an activity rate of 30 to 50 %, as part of a CDI.

Profile sought
We are looking for a person :

• ideally having good knowledge of the architects and real estate developers environment ;
• having excellent interpersonal skills and a very good presentation ;
• comfortable in professional contacts ;
• capable of representing our company in a careful and credible manner ;
• ideally having a network in the architecture, real estate or construction sector ;
• autonomous, dynamic and results-oriented.

Age is not a criterion. We prioritize above all experience, network, commercial qualities and knowledge of the sector.

Mission
The main mission consists of developing new mandates for our model construction business, notably with:

• real estate developers ;
• architectural firms ;
• the various actors in the real estate and construction sector.

The position includes prospecting, making contact, presenting our services and developing new business relationships.
