Your main tasks include:
Carrying out maintenance, repair and upkeep work
Rectification of technical malfunctions and minor installation work
Care and supervision of buildings, machines and technical systems
Coordination and support of external service providers
Maintenance of operating facilities as well as upkeep work in the interior and exterior areas
Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety

Your profile
Completed technical or manual vocational training is an advantage
Several years of professional experience is an advantage
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
High level of commitment and flexibility
Teamwork skills as well as a friendly demeanor
Driver's license category B
