Your tasks
Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines
Manufacturing demanding individual parts and small series
Independent programming and/or optimizing of CNC programs
Turning and/or milling according to technical drawings
Performing tool changes and setting up the required clamping devices
Checking and measuring the manufactured workpieces
Ensuring the required quality and dimensional accuracy
Optimizing machining processes and production workflows
Rectifying minor malfunctions on the machines
Performing maintenance and care work
Documenting the work performed and quality controls

Your profile
Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, CNC-Mechaniker or comparable technical training
Professional experience in CNC machining is an advantage
Good knowledge in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
Experience in setting up and operating modern CNC machines
Knowledge in CNC programming is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
High sense of quality and responsibility
Independent, exact and reliable way of working
Willingness for shift work is an advantage
Good German skills
