We are looking for a committed and independent personality for our team in Zug, starting January 1, 2027.
In this position, you will support the entire team in the administrative area and contribute significantly to smooth operations.

Dispatcher

• Dispatching of all technical and infrastructural orders
• Monitoring of ongoing tickets
• Contact person for inquiries and problems (customer requests, outages, etc.)
• Support in maintenance planning
• Appointment management, telephone service
• General administrative tasks

• Commercial or technical-commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS suite)
• German native language
• Independent and flexible
• Organizational and communication talent
