About us
The suiBelag GmbH is a specialized company for screeds and floor constructions in new builds and renovations in the Schwyz area and surroundings. We work with cement and calcium sulfate screeds as well as hard concrete coverings for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings according to SIA 252.

Your tasks
Operation and monitoring of our mixing and conveying systems on the construction site.
Setting up, operating, and cleaning mortar pumps, mixing systems, and other machines.
Production and processing of mortar and screed masses according to specified recipes.
Feeding and controlling the mixing and conveying systems.
Supporting the team in the application and processing of screeds.
Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment.
Identifying and rectifying simple faults in the machines used.
Cleaning and careful care of the machines and work tools.
Assistance in the preparation and organization of the construction site.
Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your profile
Experience as a machinist, construction worker, or in a comparable activity
Experience in handling construction, mixing, or conveying machines
Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
Responsible and careful handling of machines and material.
Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work.
Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
Ability to work in a team and willingness to help with work on the construction site.
Driver's license Cat. B.
Communication in German at construction site level (oral).
