Floor waiter

The employer is looking for a: Floor porter (reported profession) Tasks: • the selected resource will be inserted into the Housekeeping and Front of House team and will contribute to guaranteeing a high quality of service to guests, in compliance with the standards of a luxury hotel. • cleaning and tidying of rooms according to 5-star standards • care and maintenance of the cleanliness of the hotel's common areas • support in housekeeping activities and general cleaning • welcoming guests and assistance with luggage (check-in / check-out) • operational support for requests from guests and internal departments • control and reporting of any anomalies in the rooms and common spaces Requirements: • reliable, discreet, precise personality oriented towards service • positive attitude and predisposition for contact with customers • ability to work in a team and independently • flexibility and availability to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays • excellent knowledge of the Italian language and basic knowledge of the English language • attention to detail and care for personal presentation • driving license cat.B • with own car Employment details: • place of work Melide (TI) • occupation 100% • employment immediately, fixed-term until 31.10.2026 • shift work, including Sundays and holidays • shift planning according to operational needs • remuneration according to CCNL hotel and catering sector
