Your tasks
Creation and follow-up of offers
Technical and organizational leadership of the inside sales department
Material procurement as well as responsibility for inventory management and availability
Maintenance of standard price lists
Master data maintenance and updating of our CRM system
Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of processes
General administrative and organizational tasks
What you bring with you
Several years of experience in technical inside sales
Initial leadership experience or the desire to take responsibility for a team
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoyment in questioning processes and continuously improving them
High customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
Organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Swiss German is a plus
