What you can achieve ##

• You will take over the personnel and professional leadership of approx. 17 employees in the processing for our globally popular Caffè Latte products as well as our delicious yogurt specialties.
• Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the different processing plants.
• You take responsibility for the further development of your employees through development and goal setting meetings.
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed vocational training as a milk technologist/milk technologist.
• You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in a production environment (ideally food industry).
• You have further training that is conducive to this position (Fachschule 1 or 1 or alternatively business administration training).
• You are proficient in using SAP, the common M365 tools as well as MES.
• Your open, winning and communicative personality will make your start with us easier.
• You are willing to take on on-call duty (only on weekends).
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
