What awaits you ### • Booking of trips and management of expense reports • Management of directors' agendas • Writing of meeting minutes and creation of presentations • Creation of offers, opening and tracking of Purchase Orders • Planning and organization of meetings and committees • Coordinating and tracking contracts with service providers • Providing support in tracking billing and ordering processes related to operations • Administrative support in the context of various projects • Announcement of work and communication to users • Contributing to the regular update of dashboards and budgets What you bring ### • Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent • Knowledge in the field of building techniques and/or security installations would be a plus • Experience in administrative assistance from 2 to 4 years a plus • Mastery of French level C1 minimum • Mastery of English level C1 minimum • Knowledge of Italian would be an asset • Excellent management of computer tools (MS Office) • Mastery of SAP a plus • Rigorous, organized and autonomous person • Strong customer focus • Excellent presentation Ready for us?
