To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cook / Pizzaiolo for a permanent position. The focus of your activity lies in the preparation of traditional Italian dishes; additionally, you will support our kitchen team in the preparation of other dishes.
– Preparation of pasta and other Italian dishes
– Preparation of pizzas according to traditional Italian recipes
– Production of fresh doughs, as well as preparation and assembly of ingredients for pizzas
– Responsibility for the quality and compliance with high standards regarding freshness and taste
– Organization of the station and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace
– Compliance with HACCP regulations and control of ingredient stock levels
– Assumption of weekend work and flexibility during peak times
– Enthusing our guests through high-quality food and authentic pizza creations

You have professional experience in gastronomy and bring sound knowledge in the preparation of food. Your passion for high-quality food and your love for Italian cuisine distinguish you. Furthermore, you enjoy providing our guests with an authentic culinary experience through your work and maintaining the highest quality standards.
– Several years of experience as a Cook/Pizzaiolo in a professional kitchen
– Passion for Italian cuisine, especially for pasta and pizzas, and an eye for detail during preparation
– Well-groomed and sympathetic appearance
– Independent working style, but also teamwork skills in a dynamic kitchen team
– Flexible and resilient even under stressful situations
– Completed vocational training is an advantage
– Accustomed to independent and very clean working
– You work independently, reliably and with commitment
– You speak German and, advantageously, have good Italian skills
– You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency
