Human Resource Management with around 40 employees is responsible for the entire support of our around 3'600 employees as well as for the management of HR processes. We are a specialized and agile team in the area of Human Resource Management that drives solutions forward with ICT affinity.

These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• You take responsibility for the professional implementation of HR projects, from the project idea to the GoLive
• Together with your team, you ensure the reliable operation of the introduced solutions and take responsibility for their further development
• You work closely with HRM specialists, internal stakeholders, ICT and external implementation partners
• You contribute your ideas and your commitment to the further development of our HRM solutions
• Several years of experience in Human Resource Management, ideally in the role as HR Business Partner
• Experience in leading medium-sized projects with and without a digital focus, for example with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills and a solution- and customer-oriented way of thinking
• Social competence, team spirit and the willingness to work agilely and independently
