Les Vignes, a young structure to grow

Opening in October 2025 in Blonay, the CVE Les Vignes welcomes 22 children from 4 months to 4 and a half years old. Its pedagogical project focuses on discovery, play, nature and theatricality, in an environment where imagination and creativity are at the heart of daily life. A recent structure is also a page still largely to be written: your perspective and your ideas will count.

Your mission

• Lead and grow the educational team, with leadership that is both benevolent and structuring.
• Carry and bring to life the Foundation's pedagogical project.
• Manage the organization, placements and human and financial resources, in partnership with centralized services.
• Guarantee the health and safety of the children, in accordance with the SCAJE reference framework.
• Build links of trust with families, your peers and network partners.

Your profile

• Tertiary diploma in early childhood education (ES/HES) or a title deemed equivalent.
• Training in institution management or team management recognized by the SCAJE (CAS, DAS or equivalent), acquired or in progress.
• Proven experience in childcare, including successful experience in team management.
• Sense of organization, ease with numbers and IT tools.
• Interest in a pedagogy focused on play, creativity and theatricality.
• Natural curiosity and desire to explore new approaches, for yourself as well as for your team.

Since 2010, the Fondation pour l'accueil des enfants de Blonay - Saint-Légier manages the REBSL daycare network: 10 structures, more than 170 female and male collaborators and more than 1'200 children welcomed.
