Thanks to this hybrid position between fixed presence and replacements, you play an essential role in the continuity of care and the proper functioning of the structure.

What you bring
A CFC as a socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent
Experience in the field of childhood, in a UAPE being an asset
Flexibility and a good ability to adapt to different age groups
A positive and collaborative team spirit
Autonomy, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
A natural interpersonal ease with children, families, and colleagues
A good command of French
