In your role as real estate project manager, you will work in close collaboration with the local infrastructure team and are integrated into the regional organization. At the same time, you are an important link between the clinic and the headquarters and represent the interests of the Hirslanden group in the long-term strategy of real estate development and maintenance. Real estate project manager (a) 80% # Real estate project manager (a) 80% YOUR TASKS • Representation of the client and the owner for the investment projects of the Hirslanden group in the Central Switzerland care region • Main interlocutor for external planning teams and support of procurement processes for real estate projects • Project management on the client side and implementation of projects (control of quality, costs, deadlines, validation of corresponding phase documents) • Development of the real estate strategy at the level of the care region and the property as well as conducting user groups for the definition of user needs or operating concepts • Management of the maintenance planning for real estate properties (10-year perspective) • Support in the development of investment requests as well as in management in the medium-term planning of construction projects, replacement investments, transformations and renovations YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as an architect or civil engineer at ETH / FH level or FH / HF certified technician in construction, site manager, additional training in business management is an asset • Several years of professional experience in project management and in representation to authorities • Mandatory experience with complex construction projects (e.g. in the healthcare sector, hospitality or rescue organizations) • Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of persuasiveness and conviction • Professional and neat appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Are you ready to start in an innovative environment?
