Real Estate Professional (m/f/d) at the Korporation Horw

The Korporation Horw belongs to the Luzerner Staatsorganisation and undertakes various tasks. These include the care and use of the forest, the leasing and maintenance of agricultural properties, the rental and management of apartments, the management of land reserves in residential and industrial zones, as well as the management of municipal assets in the interest of the citizens. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and competent Real Estate Professional (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your field of activity

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Lease management and utility cost billing
• Personal support of our tenants
• Contact with ownership and the management body
• Coordination of maintenance and tradespeople
• Collaboration on renovation and new construction projects

What you bring with you

• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or many years of professional experience
• Experience in managing small/medium portfolios
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ideally experience with public-law or institutional ownership
• Experience with AbaImmo is an advantage
