Family Manager 26-330 Patek SA Genève Family Manager 26-330 Mission As part of this role reporting to our Watchmaking Division, you will plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the activity of the Sequential Movement Assembly workshop for the Calibre 26-330, according to the production plan and Patek quality standards. Responsibilities Plan, steer, supervise and guide the team in order to guarantee the production plan. Advance the activity and operational processes of the workshop in collaboration with support services. Unite, support and ensure the development as well as the versatility of employees by relying on the Patek fundamental attitudes. Define and monitor the individual expectations of employees. Participate in the recruitment of new employees. Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions and all procedures in place. Profile sought CFC Production Watchmaker or equivalent diploma. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in team management. Knowledge of production management desired. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is an asset. Proactive, autonomy, decision-making and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize urgencies and manage stress. Ease in written and oral communication and listening skills. Rigor, adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills. Team spirit, respect and benevolence.
