Internal Sales Assistant

We are Orthosan AG, a successful trading company in the medical industry located in Niederwangen near Bern. For over 35 years, we have been motivatedly and committedly distributing high-quality products such as orthoses, bandages, compression stockings, and walking aids to hospitals, doctors, practices, and specialist shops. For our location, we are looking for the following, effective immediately or by arrangement: Internal Sales Assistant (m/f/d) 50% Do you have a commercial education or perhaps you are computer-savvy and, as a career changer, are venturing the jump into commercial work? Perhaps you have already worked in the following areas: in a drugstore, pharmacy, or as an MPA? This is not a must but certainly helpful. …this is your chance: With much momentum and enthusiasm, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our internal Orthosan teams. Your tasks include the following: • Initial contact for our existing customers and for new customers: You are the business card of Orthosan • Telephone and written exchange with our customers. This includes taking orders and requests, processing complaints, as well as creating credit notes and invoices • As a language-enthusiastic team player, you look after our customers with your excellent German and very good French skills in spoken and written form.
