Sales Representative Field Service - Firefighting Specialist Division (m/f/d) - BG 100%

Your place of work

You support German-speaking Switzerland and Western Switzerland equally – from Jura to Wallis – independently from your home office and with a high proportion of field service close to your customers. Ideally, your place of residence is in the greater Bern area.

Your role

We get you ready to go: In a structured induction, you will take over an existing customer network with strong references and expand it into your own. You recognize what your customers really need, advise in a solution-oriented manner, and steer the sales process confidently until closing. Short distances, open doors, and a strong team at your back keep you free for what matters: your customers.

Your tasks

• You advise at eye level, recognize potentials, and develop coordinated sales strategies.
• You conduct sales talks, negotiate contracts, and are responsible for your budget.
• You work closely with our product and service managers.
• You support and develop your customer base in the firefighting specialist division.
• You prepare tailor-made offers. You have these created in close cooperation with Commercial Management.

Your profile

• Active firefighter, ideally as an officer or instructor – respiratory protection know-how is a plus.
• Basic technical training, ideally supplemented by further training (Technical Merchant, Sales Specialist, etc.).
• Several years of sales field service experience is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, independent personality with negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Business-fluent German and French (bilingual) are mandatory requirements.
• English skills are an advantage.
• Driver's license category B and willingness for special assignments.
