Senior Project Lead Engineer - Power Systems

Technical project management in international projects in the field of power distribution, with a focus on electrification, control, and instrumentation of industrial plants.

Tasks

• Management of technical activities in international projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Integration of engineering disciplines and efficient execution according to contract, quality, and safety
• Technical consulting on high-voltage and medium-voltage distribution systems and electrical studies
• Participation in design reviews and monitoring of project deliveries
• Support with claims and change requests including cost and schedule consequences
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power distribution
• More than 12 years of experience in energy systems, ideally as a Lead Engineer or Senior Project Engineer
• Sound knowledge of power distribution as well as dimensioning of primary and secondary equipment
• Experience in electrical grid analysis and simulation (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, stability)
• Experience with HV, MV, and LV equipment, digital protection relays, and IEC 61850
• Fluent English skills, other languages an advantage
