Team Leader II High Lands (M/F) at 100% - Permanent Contract

The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for TEAM LEADER II HIGH LANDS AT 100% for the road and watercourse section, serving public spaces Main tasks: • Drive vehicles and light machinery (transport of people, equipment, and various materials) • Participate in the routine maintenance of the communal public domain (roads, paths, trails, watercourses, and lake shores) • Collect various waste with appropriate vehicles • Clean and contribute to the maintenance of city and village sectors • Participate in clearing work following bad weather and storms, as well as winter interventions • Substitute for the Team Leader I during their absences (notably with administrative tasks) Desired profile: • Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an operations agent, or in the construction trade, or training deemed equivalent • Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to the field • Practical experience in the maintenance of the public domain, an asset • Very good communication skills both oral and written • Sense of organization, coordination, and initiative • Knowledge of MS Office tools, an asset Special conditions: • Be available and flexible with hours (on-call duty or alarms including Saturday, Sunday, and night) • Be able to reach the defined workplace within a maximum of 30 minutes to intervene during alarms • Work weekends and public holidays via rotation services according to the established schedule and needs • In addition to a driving license for light vehicles (category B), trailer license (BE), M1 machinist license, aerial work platform license – PEMP operator, an asset • Be used to driving on snow Workplace: Les Avants Start date: immediately or date to be agreed All additional information can be obtained from Mme Cindy Duran, deputy to the head of human resources: 021 989 77 88.
