YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU
Team leadership: You lead a team, develop it continuously and promote cooperation. You coordinate the project staffing for your team members.
Personnel management: you take care of the recruitment, further development and retention of employees.
Further development: you drive the internal testing strategies of adesso forward on current topics such as test automation, AI-supported testing or cloud technologies.
Market observation and trend analysis: you observe the market and current trends and develop ideas for product innovations from them.
Customer relationships: You continuously build and expand your customer network. You are the direct contact person for our customers. You expand customer relationships and are operationally involved in projects. You see it as your task to advise customers strategically and methodically on all questions related to testing.
Project work: you bring in your specialist knowledge as a test manager, engineer or analyst and take on leadership roles in projects.
Strategic and methodical advice to customers on all questions related to testing. The optimization of test processes as well as the conception and implementation of test automation solutions are at the center of your activity.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
Education: You have completed a degree in business informatics or have another suitable qualification.
Technical knowledge: Methodical and practical experience in test automation/script creation with at least one automation tool such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, UFT, Tosca or SoapUI
Certifications: Ideally, you have certifications as Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
Experience: Several years of practical professional experience in various areas of software testing. You are characterized by good conceptual and analytical skills as well as strong communication and quick comprehension. Your appearance is convincing and confident.
Leadership qualities: You have initial leadership experience or want to grow into a leadership role and build and develop a team.
Communication: You value constant exchange with all those involved, are socially competent and communicate confidently and in a manner appropriate to the target group.
Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (B2) and are willing to travel.
