Your scope for design • Overall responsibility for eight employees in the area of direct procurement • You effectively implement strategic planning and optimization of national and international procurement with future-oriented solutions • You develop and implement procurement controlling processes with a focus on efficiency, cost impact and transparency and can correctly assign the trends of the procurement market driving factors and initiate corresponding measures • You continue to expand sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders up to the group management level as well as with suppliers and partners at home and abroad • You assume a central role for the integration of the BKW Strategie 2030 into the procurement strategy category management, supplier base, achievement of sustainability goals in the procurement market compliance and risk assessment • As a member of the group-wide procurement committee, you proactively drive national and international cooperation, synergy and optimization, as well as superior cost optimization Your strengths • A degree in business administration, supply chain management or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis • Several years of demonstrable experience and proven success in a leading role in procurement, ideally in the international energy environment • Sound knowledge of procurement management as well as good knowledge of public procurement distinguishes you • You develop and implement strategies for product groups with a clear view of quality, security of supply and competitive solutions, and can also negotiate demanding contracts, cooperation agreements in the national and international project procurement environment yourself and with high security • You analyze complex issues and project challenges objectively and derive innovative optimizations from them, which can be implemented effectively and purposefully with the needs of the internal stakeholders for the company • You use German and English confidently in a professional environment; French skills are a plus We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
