Adhere to the pedagogical project of the institution and participate in its evolution. Your profile Level of compulsory schooling or a 2-year professional certificate working with children; A few years of experience with children (in UAPE an asset); Ability to propose and implement educational approaches; Ability to intervene in emergency situations; Ability to develop a partnership with families; Aptitude for observation, analysis and synthesis of the different situations encountered in the field; Sense of communication.
