Job Description ##

• Supervision of the 3 sites (Yverdon, Payerne, le Sentier) and personnel management
• Analysis and organization of the qualitative and quantitative processing pace of files
• Regular evaluation of client services and implementation of improvement measures
• Planning of personnel requirements
• Budget responsibility
• Coordination and collaboration with local authorities

Profile sought ##

• Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training, federal diploma or higher education is an asset
• Proven experience in leading a team (team leader, team manager) preferably in the insurance / public administration field
• Strong interest in the social insurance field
• Perfect command of the French language, comfortable with common IT tools
• Very good listening and communication skills, good emotional control
• Good resistance to stress, proven analytical and synthesis skills
• Appetite for public service and high social sensitivity in connection with the activities and values of the company
• Residing in nord vaudois (Lausanne-Yverdon-Payerne axis)
