In this position, you are responsible for the timely processing of shipping orders for samples, including the coordination and organization of incoming and outgoing shipments between Quality Assurance (QA) and our customers worldwide. You can also find the full list of our global benefits at: Benefits - Visp Your tasks: Coordination of logistical tasks between logistics and internal as well as external clients Responsible for the receipt of shipping orders and their timely and correct preparation, processing, as well as the organization of physical shipping (labeling / final packaging / documentation) Presenting our standard processes at kickoff meetings with our customers and PMs Successful participation in the regulatorily prescribed courses for -CBTA IATA- Continuous review of internal shipping processes including the correct implementation of internal and cross-departmental optimization opportunities Your requirement profile: You have a completed commercial, logistical (preferably Logistics Specialist) or CPT vocational training with a federal certificate of capacity and ideally already have 2-3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company You have practical experience with SAP EWM / WM / MM You are flexible, communicative, resilient and reliable Good German skills in speaking and writing are required; English skills are an advantage.
