Personnel Consultant RAV Rapperswil-Jona (m/f/d)

• Advising and placing job seekers
• Conducting and documenting counseling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on adequate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments (logistics of labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse
• Performing all administrative work associated with the activities
• Basic commercial training or vocational apprenticeship with further commercial training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist or the willingness to undertake further training as an HR specialist (specialization B)
• Professional experience from personnel recruitment, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting or close connection to social insurance
• Empathic and solution-oriented communication with the most diverse interlocutors from various social and cultural circles
• Flexibility and willingness to perform possible work assignments at the RAV locations Sargans and Wattwil
• High level of independence and personal responsibility after professional induction
