Your tasks & your responsibility You design, configure, and optimize modern customer environments, with a focus on Microsoft, Aruba, and Fortinet basis. You are responsible for demanding IT projects, from concept to acceptance. In addition, you take responsibility for the maintenance and support of the customer environments. With your curiosity and passion for IT, you think outside the box and continuously develop your knowledge. You enjoy proactively passing on your strengths and know-how and look forward to being able to build upon the offerings of your teammates. You receive a lot of freedom in the planning and implementation of your tasks. After a short induction period, you already act extremely independently, responsibly, and in a team-oriented manner. What you bring with you You have completed an IT apprenticeship with a specialization in systems engineering and already have some professional experience. Good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Exchange as well as virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMWare) and backup solutions (primarily Veeam). Solid basic knowledge and interest in the area of networking (switching, routing, WLAN and NAC/Dot1x an advantage) as well as a flair for IT security. You like customer contact, are communicative, and come across as authentic. In hectic situations, you maintain an overview, negotiate in a solution-oriented manner, and are ready to perform a sprint or an extra mile if necessary.
