Your tasks: • Reception and greeting of guests • Support with luggage service during arrival and departure • Accompanying guests to their rooms and providing information about hotel facilities • Organization of taxi and chauffeur service bookings • Fulfillment of guest wishes as well as forwarding of inquiries • Ensuring a well-maintained entrance and lobby area • Other assigned tasks from daily hotel life Your profile • Friendly and well-groomed appearance • High service and guest orientation • Reliable and independent way of working • Very good German skills and good English • Ability to work in a team and flexibility • Physical resilience • Driver's license
