Requirements profile:

• Technical basic training with commercial further education and experience in purchasing, procurement or scheduling
• Alternatively commercial basic training with corresponding purchasing experience in a manufacturing company
• Good understanding of technical products and industrial processes
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and an independent, reliable way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written, English skills desirable
• Good IT user skills and experience with ERP systems

Tasks:

• Procurement of technical components, parts and materials
• Independent order processing and coordination with suppliers
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price, deadline and condition negotiations
• Monitoring of order confirmations and delivery dates as well as consistent follow-up in case of delays and missing parts
• Ensuring material availability for production and assembly
• Close cooperation with the internal technical specialist departments
• Maintenance of article and supplier master data
• Participation in the further development and implementation of purchasing and procurement processes
