Plant Operator (m/f/d) in 3-shift operation

Main tasks:

• Independent operation and monitoring of production plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Recognizing and rectifying minor malfunctions on the plants
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Carrying out quality controls and documentation of the results
• Working in a continuous 3-shift system

Qualifications

Desired profile:

• Basic technical training or several years of experience as a plant operator in production
• Experience in the field of electroplating or surface technology is an advantage
• Understanding of technical processes and process relationships
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Team player, flexible and resilient
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation (early, late, night shift)
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
