Your tasks Accompanying, promoting and assessing FaGe apprentices as well as HF/FH nursing students in everyday clinical practice Planning, coordination and ensuring high-quality practical training Conducting learning support, progress reviews and competence proofs Promoting theory-practice transfer and supporting the achievement of training objectives Close cooperation with educational partners as well as internal specialists Participation in the further development of the training concept and a modern learning culture Active involvement in the direct care and supervision of our patients Promoting high nursing quality as well as safe and patient-oriented care Training as Dipl.
