Caretaker (Focus on Maintenance & Cleaning)

We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality to strengthen our team in the Central Switzerland region (Zug/Luzern) by arrangement. What you can achieve with us. As a mobile caretaker, you will look after our customers' buildings and their users in various regions as part of a team. You will actively ensure a clean appearance of the properties. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: • General caretaker tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) • Technical rounds of inspections on the properties • Carrying out minor repairs • On-call service • Various cleaning tasks in different areas (e.g., emptying waste bins, removing cobwebs, cleaning public toilets, removing graffiti, etc.) • Support with special cleanings and moves • Gardening work, surroundings maintenance, disposal, providing containers • Contact person for customers • Carrying out acceptances and keeping protocols • Substitution for team members <br /> What defines you.
