Your task ##

• 2nd-level support for system partners regarding technical application questions
• Operation, monitoring, and provisioning of instances in a cloud-based access platform
• Administration and support of Linux and container-based system environments
• Commissioning, maintenance, and error analysis of access systems on-site and remotely
• Support of server, network, and system infrastructures
• Technical support for partners in configuration, operation, and integration of the systems
• Collaboration in projects as well as creation of technical documentation and service documents
• Setup and configuration of training and test systems

Your profile ##

• Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ specializing in platform development/system technology
• Further training as ICT-Platform Development Specialist with federal diploma or dipl. Informatiker/in HF is an advantage
• Experience in system administration and technical 2nd-level support
• Good knowledge of Linux as well as container-based cloud environments
• Broad know-how in server, network, and IT infrastructures
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and technical system integrations
• Independent and practice-oriented way of working with enjoyment of configuration and troubleshooting
• Proficient German skills (C2), very good English skills (B2), and any other national language is a great advantage
• Possession of a Category B driver's license
