Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational procurement from the requirement notification to the invoice verification
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective material availability for production and operations
• Obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating offers, prices, conditions, and contracts
• Monitoring orders as well as processing delivery deviations, complaints, and supplier concerns
• Support, evaluation, and further development of national and international suppliers
• Participation in the optimization of procurement processes as well as close cooperation with production, AVOR, and other internal interfaces

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further training in procurement (e.g., Einkaufsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, preferably in a production, machine, or industrial company
• Negotiation security in price, condition, and contract negotiations as well as strong analytical and networked thinking skills
• Very good ERP user knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office
• German native language as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication, assertive, and proactive personality with a structured way of working and enjoyment in the active co-design of processes
