Operator (m/f/d)

As an operator, you will work in the manufacturing of our innovative hearing solutions and electronic components. With manual dexterity, a good eye for quality, and enjoyment of precise work, you will work together with your team to help manufacture products that make a difference for millions of people. A modern and varied production environment awaits you - from delicate work under the microscope to assembly and quality control, to the operation of automated production and testing systems. Production experience is required. However, for us, what is decisive is your motivation, a careful way of working, and your willingness to learn new things and develop yourself, as well as your willingness to work in 3 shifts.   More about your tasks   • Carrying out precise manual work on hearing aids and electronic assemblies, partly under the digital or conventional microscope • Gluing, painting and masking as well as performing visual quality controls • Operation of automated and semi-automated production and testing systems • Packaging of hearing aids, accessories, semi-finished products and electronic components • Ensuring correct documentation of production orders as well as working and order times • Compliance with our quality, safety and work standards as well as supporting a reliable and efficient production process • Active participation in shop floor activities and continuous improvements as well as supporting other production areas if required   More about you   • Completed secondary level I and II; a technical vocational training or further training is an advantage • Enjoyment of precise and fine motor work as well as a strong awareness of quality and safety • Reliable, careful and structured way of working as well as flexibility and willingness to learn • Enjoyment of working in a team as well as an open and constructive approach to feedback • German language skills at least at level B1, in order to be able to safely understand work instructions and production documentation.
