November 2026 Job description Group Leader 80 - 100% for the baby group. The Kita HuKuGei is a daycare center recognized by the child welfare authority of the Canton Thurgau. It mindfully accompanies children from the age of three months until they enter kindergarten and offers a diverse, inspiring environment for their personal development. At Kita HuKuGei, our goal is to provide the child with a secure framework in which they can develop and unfold subjectively according to their needs. To this end, we perceive the strengths of the child and make them the starting point of our work. The child experiences our Kita as a place with reliable structures and relationships. As a place of authenticity, joy, and mutual acceptance. The Kita HuKuGei belongs to the Alters- und Pflegezentrum Wellingtonia. This affiliation enables an extraordinarily valuable collaboration. Thus, as the first Kita in the Kreuzlingen region, we place an emphasis of our care mandate on intergenerational pedagogy. To support our team, we are looking for an empathetic, cheerful personality for our baby group from November 2026 or by arrangement.
