As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF specializing in operating room nursing, you bear a decisive responsibility for the smooth running of surgical procedures.

Your tasks – Responsibility and precision in the operating room

• Preparation and post-operative preparation of the operating rooms as well as providing all required instruments and materials
• Professional instrumentation and assistance during operative procedures in various specialist fields
• Ensuring compliance with all hygienic and aseptic standards for infection prevention
• Close cooperation with female surgeons, male surgeons, anesthesia specialists, and the entire OR team
• Continuous monitoring of patient safety during the procedure
• Documentation of the measures carried out and quality assurance

Your profile – Expertise meets commitment

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF with specialization in operating room nursing
• Experience in the OR field is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a concentrated and precise manner under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team and interprofessional cooperation with medical staff
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
