Val Fleuri, lieu de vie (EMS) is a medicalized residence of 208 beds that welcomes people weakened by age and illness. Our nursing care, hospitality, dietary, administration, socio-cultural animation, and reception-admission services consist of multidisciplinary teams of committed, qualified, and trained professionals who surround our seniors in a suitable, secure, and pleasant structure. In this setting, we offer many activities for the Residents. We are looking for our socio-cultural animation sector: A QUALIFIED SOCIO-CULTURAL ANIMATOR. Your mission: - In collaboration with various internal and external partners, you develop a policy and a program of cultural, social, and therapeutic services, which allow our residents to participate in activities adapted to their support project; - You are responsible for the implementation of animation activities for the institution such as cultural, gastronomic, sporting, relational, and festive entertainment for our residents; - You participate in the management of the volunteer sector and ensure links with the residents, their family, and the staff; - You contribute to the good harmony of the animation team and maintain a collaborative spirit with the various services of the institution. Your profile: - You hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) and have at least one year of professional experience in the field; - You are a conscientious, committed, and well-organized person, smiling and knowing how to work in a multidisciplinary setting, in a team or independently; - You benefit from training in socio-cultural animation and successful experience in the field of gerontology; - You appreciate contact with elderly people and contribute to a spirit of conviviality in our living space; - You have a good knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary and associative network as well as its main partners; - Possessing a creative and flexible personality, you enjoy an irreproachable ethic.
