enovetic ag is building the central platform for the Swiss job market – at the intersection of work, health, and assets. With our eplix Suite, we connect personnel service providers, assignment companies, insurance companies, and pension funds and automate processes that are still manual and fragmented today. Our systems process substantial volumes in regulated domains and are used by a steadily growing user base. Accordingly, we invest specifically in development and technology to continuously expand this platform.

You are responsible for the vision, strategy, and economic success of the eplix.me platform. At the same time, you design and control the holistic product experience across the entire enovetic platform. In doing so, you bring together business goals, customer needs, and a convincing user experience – for an intuitive, attractive, and efficient platform with measurable added value.

• You further develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap of eplix.me and are responsible for the economic success of the platform.
• You design a consistent, intuitive product experience across the entire enovetic platform and the various user groups.
• You lead the User Experience area and are responsible for user research, service design, design systems, and digital accessibility.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations and align customer needs with company goals.
• You use user feedback, data, and relevant metrics to set priorities and continuously further develop the platform.
• You have sound experience in holistic responsibility for digital products, platforms, or business units.
• You bring a strong background in product strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation and have already successfully led corresponding initiatives.
• You possess a pronounced understanding of user-centered design, user research, and service design and are enthusiastic about intuitive product experiences.
• You think entrepreneurially and know how to combine customer needs with economic goals and measurable results.
• You convince with pronounced stakeholder management, communicate appropriately for the target audience, and act confidently up to the executive management level.
