QHSE Manager 80-100% (m/f)
Your field of activity:
Implementation of company goals in the area of QHSE and formulation of proposals for improvements
Maintenance, updating, and continuous further development of the QHSE management system based on existing, optimized, and new processes as well as verification of effectiveness through internal audits
Management and support of external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer audits, and other certifications)
Conception and implementation of quality measurement methods and key figure systems (automated and/or manual) as well as creation and maintenance of a meaningful QHSE cockpit including monthly reporting for the management
Training and advising of managers as well as employees on all questions regarding QHSE topics in the workplace
Active management, processing, and follow-up of internal and external complaints using the QM tool "Improve"
Determination, evaluation, and continuous updating of binding obligations from laws, standards, as well as other internal and external requirements
Clarification, elaboration, and ensuring of requirements in the area of sustainability as well as support in their implementation in the company
Your profile
Completed vocational training or university degree in the chemical and industrial environment
Good specialist knowledge and practical experience in the area of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, guidelines, and related standards
Further training in quality management as well as in lean management is an advantage
Quality-oriented; entrepreneurial thinking and action
Understanding of the manufacture of chemical products
Winning personality; service mentality; flair for being able to inspire people for unpleasant things; assertiveness
Languages: German written and oral, English written and oral
