Clerk Finance and Accounting 80 - 100 %

TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with individual equipment. Furthermore, we offer a variety of additional products and complementary services. We commit ourselves every day to hygienic toilet facilities and thereby support the "doers" on construction sites and events. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Clerk Finance and Accounting 80 - 100 % as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support in financial accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Participation in dunning and collection
• Involvement in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of smaller reportings and evaluations
• Further tasks in accounting

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training as a Clerk Accounting with certificate is an advantage
• German native language, good French skills, Italian skills are a plus
• Good MS Office skills, especially confident handling of Excel
• Knowledge of the accounting software ABACUS and Dynamics 365 is desirable
• Independent, exact, solution-oriented and timely way of working
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible personality
