Requirement profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Valid driver's license category B
• Team player, open to constructive feedback, approachable
• Professional handling of proximity and distance
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Experience in the psychiatric field and experience in the Spitex field is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage

Field of activity:

• Holistic and professionally sound support of clients as well as their social environment
• Close cooperation with other employees of Spitex SunneOase as well as relatives, specialist doctors and clinics needs assessment, admission and discharge management
• Needs assessments as well as professional admission and discharge management
• Creation, implementation and evaluation of the nursing plan
• Writing progress reports
• Active thinking and active participation / co-development in Spitex SunneOase
