• You act as a thinking partner and advise internal specialists as well as external employers in the context of professional integration.
• Collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, authorized representatives) is an important part of your daily work.
• You find creative solutions, establish contacts with training companies and employers, and contribute through your commitment to creating prospects.
• Documentation, reports, and administrative tasks are part of your work just as much as direct contact with people.

What you bring

• You are a communicative professional with an eagle eye for detail and a heart in the right place.
• You enjoy working autonomously, think in an interconnected way, and stay calm even when the situation becomes turbulent.
• You have the desire to take on responsibility, bring ideas, and actively participate in the implementation of things.
• You have a solid education or continuing education in coaching, social work, work pedagogy, or equivalent.
• MS Office? This is not a problem for you.
• You possess a category B driver's license and find your way to our intervention sites (with or without GPS).
